The problem
A freight company tracked containers in spreadsheets and chat threads. Invoices were sometimes issued before customs had cleared the shipment, and then had to be cancelled and redone.
What we built
- A container traceability module: every container linked to its booking, shipment, customs order and invoice.
- A lock that blocks invoicing until the related customs order is closed, with a clear message explaining why.
- Arabic and English labels across both modules, matching how the operations team actually talks.

Where it is now
Operations see where every container is in one place, and finance can no longer invoice a shipment that customs has not released.
